CREW San Diego is passionate about supporting industry professionals striving to advance their careers in the commercial real estate space, and we feel strongly about giving back to our membership and community by providing opportunities for CREW members to further their education.

For that reason, in 2022 CREW SD launched its own local non-profit foundation, CREW Building Futures Foundation (CREW BFF), which administers scholarships supporting women — both established professionals and students — who are dedicated to advancing their careers in the San Diego commercial real estate industry. Our continuing-education scholarships are open to women who are members of qualifying industry organizations — including CREW, ULI, NAIOP, and BOMA — as well as women students pursuing a career in the field. As of 2024, we have awarded 11 scholarships to our members.
