A passionate advocate for women in commercial real estate, Wendy currently serves as President of CREW San Diego, where she has helped strengthen operations, increase engagement, and elevate programming that supports and advances women professionals throughout the region. She is also the co-founder of Nine & Wine, a women-focused CRE and golf networking group that has grown to more than 200 members over the past six years, fostering meaningful connections and collaboration across the industry. Known for her energy, creativity, and relentless drive, Wendy is a collaborative leader and strategic problem-solver who consistently delivers results while empowering those around her. Whether leading pursuits, building partnerships, or mentoring others, she brings a unique blend of vision, authenticity, and determination to everything she does.
Bre’an enjoyed nine years working in multi-tenant office and R&D property in northern and southern California, and then founded FS Design Group in 1993 to serve the design needs of corporate clients, multi-tenant building owners and healthcare providers. During her 30-year career, Bre’an has been honored with various achievement awards from BizNow, SD Metro, Globe Street, Connected Women of Influence, YWCA, National Association of Women Business Owners, The Daily Transcript, and San Diego Business Journal.
Since retiring from FS Design Group, Bre’an has taken a more active role in her professional community. She was instrumental in co-founding the San Diego chapter and eventually the national network of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Bre’an served on CREW SD’s Board of Directors for multiple years as well as the Advisory Board, and is now primarily focused on CREW SD’s recently established 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, CREW Building Futures Foundation.
When Bre’an and her husband, Ray, aren’t busy traveling, cycling, enjoying time with their 3 children and 6 grandchildren, Bre’an spends time mentoring young women who are forging the path of their own careers.
Hallie Putterman is an A+D Specialist with OCS Lighting + Control. She partners with the architecture and design community to bring innovative, high-performance lighting solutions to commercial projects. Hallie specializes in cultivating reciprocal business relationships and bridging connections between architects, interior designers, and major project stakeholders.
Prior to joining OCS Lighting + Control, Hallie held account executive roles with commercial flooring manufacturers throughout So Cal. She also earned accreditations with WELL and LEED building standards. Her experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of the built environment which enables her to support clients with thoughtful, integrated design solutions
A Legacy member of CREW San Diego, Hallie has served in multiple board and committee roles including Advisory Board Member & Director of Sponsorships. She is passionate about fostering connections, supporting women in commercial real estate, and contributing to the growth of the industry. She is also an ambassador for CRE Run Club, San Diego’s first official running club for CRE professionals.
Hallie is a serial volunteer now frequenting Frosted Faces (senior dog & cat rescue in Ramona). She loves “run-cations” (especially when part of her quest to complete an event in all 50 states) and scouting places to play fetch with her 2 rescue pups.
Lisa is a seasoned business development professional with over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry. As the Director of Project Development at C.W. Driver Companies—a respected Southern California general contractor established in 1919—she is committed to fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
Passionate about building authentic relationships, Lisa is also a dedicated advocate for advancing women in commercial real estate. An active leader in CREW San Diego, she has served in multiple Board of Directors roles, including President and Director of Membership. Through her leadership, networking, and industry engagement, she continues to champion CREW’s mission of empowering professionals and shaping the future of the industry.
Natalie Sherod, CPCU, CIC, CRM is a Principal and Risk Advisor at Cavignac, where she specializes in advising commercial real estate, construction, and middle market clients on complex insurance and risk management strategies. With a passion for relationship building and advocacy, Natalie works closely with clients to develop proactive solutions that help protect businesses, support long term growth, and strengthen operational resilience.
Natalie currently serves as Foundation Delegate for CREW San Diego and is actively involved in advancing opportunities for women in commercial real estate through mentorship, education, and professional development initiatives. She is passionate about the mission of the CREW Building Futures Foundation and helping provide scholarships and continuing education opportunities that support the next generation of industry leaders.
